One week is required. You are welcome to place an order even months in advance if you know the date and the amount you'd like.

No changes to the order are permitted a week prior to pickup.

While tree nuts are not in any of my recipes, cookies are prepared in a kitchen where tree nuts, soy and other allergens may be present.

All cookies are made to order, decorated and heat sealed for freshness. Cookies will remain fresh up to 2 weeks kept in their packages, although sooner is always better. The cookies also freeze excellently. This option might be beneficial if I can't fit you in when you want them. Just keep the cookies in the box that they come in. Place in a rubbermaid type tote and freeze. Take the tote out 2-3 hours prior to when you'd like them but do not open the container until they come to room temperature. This will prevent condensation.

You can cancel your order up to 8 days before your pickup date for a full refund. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer a refund.

Yes, by sending me inspirational pictures (Pinterest is always a good place to look), it shows me what you're thinking of. Please remember these pictures are just that - inspiring. Your cookies may not be perfect replicas - I'll try to keep it close. Please upload your photos using the custom photo upload item

As of September 15, 2025 all orders will be ready to pick up at Campbell River Candy Co. located at 990 Shoppers Row during their posted open hours.
